Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant’s (in Shandong Province)as a pioneer in this field. By
reviewing the exploration, demonstration and economic argumentation of Haiyang

Nuclear Power Plant’s practice in providing district heating,simultaneous production
and transmission of heat/water, this paper looks forward to the further enrichment
and expansion of scenarios in the comprehensive utilization of nuclear, and puts
forward some thoughts and suggestions on the innovation of the comprehensive

utilization of nuclear in China.

.14 Experience and Enlightenment of Nuclear Power
“Going Global”

Abstract: This paper reviews the main achievements and experiences of the
Algeria Bilin Nuclear Research Center project, Pakistan nuclear power project, overseas
nuclear power market layout, overseas operation and maintenance, international

cooperation, and international operation capacity building. Analyze the development
prospects of nuclear power in the context of global carbon neutrality and the

normalization of the epidemic. Analyze the specifi c strategy of nuclear power “going
global” that promotes the coupling of market development, engineering construction,
operation and maintenance services, international trade and other businesses, and
the spiral rising. Suggestions such as the introduction of national-level nuclear

power export strategic plans, the formulation of special financing policies, and the
improvement of nuclear power export-related laws and regulations.
